As an IT Support Executive, your role involves providing first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows/Mac) and standard applications. Additionally, you will manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
