Job Description

Job Title: Insurance Executive

Department: Insurance
Experience: 1–3 years (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred)
Qualification: Any Degree

salary : Based On Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for cashless approvals, queries, and pre-authorization.
  • Collect, verify, and upload required documents for pre-authorization and final claim settlement.
  • Explain insurance coverage, eligibility, and approval status to patients.
  • Prepare discharge summaries and ensure timely submission of final bills to insurance providers.
  • Monitor claim status and follow up on pending or rejected claims.
  • Liaise with the billing team for accurate estimation and final billing.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines.
  • Handle patient queries related to insurance policies and approval delays.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments (front office, billing, wards, etc.).
  • Maintain daily/weekly logs for approvals, claims, and settlements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
