About the Role

We_will_care_4_U is looking for a responsible and experienced Insurance Executive to manage vehicle and health insurance operations while also assisting with FIT (Free Independent Travel)–related coordination. This is a full-time on-site role involving customer handling, documentation, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle documentation and processing for vehicle and health insurance policies.
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure accurate insurance documentation.
• Coordinate with customers to collect required documents and provide policy updates.
• Manage follow-ups, logs, renewals, and daily insurance-related tasks.
• Prepare basic reports and track the status of insurance files.
• Assist with FIT-related coordination, including customer support, documentation, and internal follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Vehicle or Health Insurance (mandatory).
• Basic understanding or exposure to FIT / travel-related processes is an added advantage.
• Moderate computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
