Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chengannur for an Insurance Executive. The Insurance Executive will be responsible for coordinating with patients and insurance providers to ensure smooth claim processing, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include assisting patients with insurance queries, managing insurance-related approvals, handling insurance claims, and resolving discrepancies. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication for effectively interacting with patients and insurance providers
• Knowledge of Insurance processes and experience in Insurance Brokerage
• Understanding of Finance and claim-related procedures
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage and analyze insurance documentation
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment
• Prior experience in health insurance or related roles is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Management is preferred
