- Installing, Configuring, and Maintaining Systems: Setting up and maintaining hardware, software, and network components to ensure efficient functioning.
- Windows System Management: Installing, configuring, and managing Windows operating systems on computers.
- Network Management: Troubleshooting and managing issues with routers, switches, and other network devices. Ensuring network connectivity.
- Communication: Regularly interacting with colleagues and management to understand and address their technical issues and queries, also Interact with vendors to evaluate, and select software, hardware, or security solutions that meet the organization's needs, support and maintenance.
- Asset Inventory: Maintaining a record of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses, to facilitate efficient management.
- Email Configuration: Setting up and configuring email accounts in various email clients like MS Outlook, Windows Mail, and Blue Mail.
- Work Record Management: Keeping track of work performed, resolutions provided, and tasks pending to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Problem Solving: Offering effective solutions to end-users' technical problems while catering to their needs.
- Office 365 Management: Managing and resolving issues related to Office 365 at admin portal.
- Firewall Management: Handling and managing security configurations and troubleshooting on Sophos Firewall or similar security appliances.
- Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and guides.
- Software Licensing Management: Managing software licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with licensing terms and optimizing costs.
- Email Security: Monitoring and enhancing email security protocols to prevent phishing, spam, and other email-based threats.
- Email Account Management: Setting up email accounts for users in Rediffmail PRO admin portal.
- User Account Management: Setting up domain accounts and workstations for users, ensuring proper access and security measures.
Information Security Officer: -
- ISO 27001 Compliance: Overseeing and managing compliance with ISO 27001:2013 standards by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Information Security Policies: Developing and implementing security policies and guidelines to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Security Documentation: Creating and maintaining security-related documentation, including security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Security Audits: Conducting regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to security standards.
- User Awareness Training: Providing training and awareness programs to educate employees about security best practices.
- Incident Response: Developing and implementing incident response plans to effectively handle and mitigate security breaches.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with various teams to ensure security measures are integrated into the organization's processes.
- Continuous Monitoring: Implementing systems for continuous monitoring of network and system activities for potential security incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT Support.
- Diploma in Information Technology and Information Systems or certification in similar stream.
- Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Linux commands and graphical interface.
- Basic knowledge of AWS.
- Managing CCTV.
- Certification in Ethical Hacking.
- Managing Video Hosting server.
- Create and Manage SFTP credentials.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
