Company Profile Founded in 2023 and registered under Kerala Startup Mission. Gozerve is an on-demand electronics repair platform set to transform how consumers access repair services. Job Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Executive with expertise in both hardware and software support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving laptop and desktop issues, performing upgrades, ensuring smooth IT operations, and supporting the team with technical requirements. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to manage IT assets effectively. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Perform system upgrades, including hardware replacements (RAM, SSD, HDD, batteries, etc.) and software installations. Manage operating system installations, updates, and patching. Maintain accurate records of repairs, upgrades, and IT assets. Ensure data security and backup processes are followed. Coordinate with vendors & customers Requirements Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS preferred). Hands-on experience in diagnosing laptop/desktop issues and performing hardware upgrades. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting). Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, and system security practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Good communication skills to interact with both customers & vendors. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent certification (Hardware/Networking certifications are a plus). Working Hours Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Work from the Office & Customer Onsite Calls
