Job Description

About the Role:

experienced IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective solutions for
hardware and software issues
, while managing escalations within SLA timelines.
Provide excellent
customer service support
with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
Windows 11, macOS, Office 365, VPN, MS Outlook, and other Office utilities
.
Manage and support
infrastructure technologies
such as Intune, SCCM, Citrix XenDesktop, and Windows Group Policies.
Troubleshoot
network-related issues
(TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, voice, Internet, Intranet).
Provide support for
Polycom video conferencing devices
and
Zoom administration
.
Ensure compliance with
ITIL and structured change management processes
.
Be flexible with
working hours during peak periods
and effectively re-prioritise tasks.

Experience & Qualifications:

2-3 years of IT support experience
with proven expertise in desktop environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills for
Windows 11 and macOS
.
Hands-on experience in
Intune, SCCM, Citrix XenDesktop, and Office 365
.
Good understanding of
Windows Group Policies
.
Industry certifications like
MCP, MCSE, CCNA
are good to have.
ITIL certification
is an added advantage.
Strong business awareness, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.
