Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting): Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Handling End to End Recruitment maintaining key recruitment metrics like Turn Around Time, Source Mix, Quality of Hire. Source, screen, and interview potential IT candidates Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes. Develop and maintain relationships with potential IT candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source candidates. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent. Create job postings and advertise open positions. Evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications. Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates. Negotiate job offers and salary packages. Monitor industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Should be street smart with positive attitude. Coordinating with business heads for technical interviews taking regular feedback and follow up for closures. Adherence to recruitment norms & policies. Taking care of smooth On boarding formalities for all the new joiners. Prepare monthly HR dashboards, MIS, Presentations & required Analytics for monthly HR Business reviews. Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related queries. Applicants should possess the following attributes: - A full time MBA / IT or relevant degree with experience in broad range of human resource domains including TA IT Recruiter & Analytics with minimum of 2 year experience. Attention to details. Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter. Highly self-motivated, Directed and Change oriented. Prior work experience in BFSI or NBFC sector is preferred. Extensive experience in Talent acquisition, IT Recruitment & Analytics.
