We are seeking a tech-savvy IT Specialist with proven experience in Lead Management Software (LMS) and hands-on exposure to platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, and other B2B or e-commerce systems. This role will be key in managing digital sales pipelines, streamlining lead workflows, and maintaining a strong presence across online marketplaces.

Location- Roorkee (Dist-Haridwar)

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and maintain Lead Management Software (LMS)

Ensure smooth integration of LMS with Alibaba, IndiaMART, and other lead generation platforms.

Monitor and optimize lead capture, assignment, tracking, and conversion workflows.

Set up dashboards, analytics, and reports to monitor lead quality and sales performance.

Troubleshoot system issues and manage platform updates and integrations.

Support the sales and marketing teams by automating lead funnels and notifications.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings and company profiles on B2B platforms.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales tools, marketing campaigns, and lead databases.

Research and recommend new tools to improve lead generation and sales automation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.

3–6 years of experience with Lead Management Software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Proficiency in using and managing listings on Alibaba, IndiaMART, or similar platforms.

Experience in system integration, API connections, and automation workflows
