Job Title: IT Engineer (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for software applications and system updates.
• Manage and maintain local network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
• Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and security.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
• Ensure data protection and compliance with IT policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
