Join our dynamic team at Smart Study, a leading immigration consultancy, as an IT Executive. We’re looking for a tech-savvy individual to manage and support our internal systems, troubleshoot tech issues, and assist with software and hardware setups.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems, printers, and internet connectivityManage data backups and IT security protocolsSupport CRM, ERP, and internal software toolsAssist in website and email support, basic networking, and digital tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Applications or related fieldWorking knowledge of MS Office, networking, system formats, troubleshootingPrior experience in the immigration or education consultancy field is a plus
