IT Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable IT Support Assistant with a keen interest in computer networking. This role is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of LAN systems and is eager to build hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, particularly in tasks like cable crimping, device setup, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

1.Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN).

2.Learn and support physical network setup, including crimping, patch panel work, and cable management.

3.Respond to technical support requests from users in a timely and professional manner.

4.Help with basic hardware/software setup (routers, switches, desktops).Support weekend tasks, upgrades, or maintenance windows as needed.Document technical procedures and issue resolutions.

5.Required Skills & Attributes:Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, routers).Eagerness to learn crimping, cabling, and practical networking tasks.

6.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work the 3:30 PM shift and provide support on Saturdays/weekends when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
