Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to drive business growth through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and solution-based selling. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director to align business development efforts with the company's strategic goals, ensuring high-impact sales initiatives and streamlined execution. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.) Present and promote IT products/services to existing and prospective customers. Develop detailed sales proposals and client presentations tailored to business needs. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports using CRM tools. Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, reporting, and high-priority projects. Attend meetings, events, and conferences representing the company professionally. Provide timely updates and reports to the Director on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in IT sales or B2B solution selling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute high-value tasks under tight deadlines. Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling confidential information. Preferred Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Flexible, proactive, and eager to take initiative. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
