About the Role: We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic fresher with excellent communication skills to join our team as an Online Sales Executive . The selected candidate will help us generate leads and communicate with clients on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage profiles on freelance platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer). Search and apply for relevant IT projects based on company offerings. Write compelling proposals and cover letters to attract clients. Respond to client queries and follow up on proposals. Coordinate with the technical team to deliver client requirements. Maintain records of bids, responses, and communications. Requirements: Fresh graduate with good English communication (written & verbal). Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, SEO, etc.). Comfortable using freelance portals and online tools. Willingness to learn bidding strategies and client handling. Strong attention to detail and professionalism in communication.
