Job Title: IT Sales Executive Location: Anand Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 26 years (B2B / Enterprise Sales) Education: Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred Compensation: 4.5–8 LPA (Base) + 20–50% Variable | OTE 6–12 LPA Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to drive business growth through B2B/Enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new B2B business opportunities in assigned territories. Engage in end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, qualification, product demos (with presales), to negotiation and closure. Manage existing accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams for RFP/RFQ responses, proposal development, delivery coordination, and collections. Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM for all sales activities. Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and key stakeholders. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives. Required Skills & Experience Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of the IT / OEM / Channel ecosystem . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in managing B2B client relationships and complex sales cycles.
