We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth. You will be the face of XEOTEC, connecting clients with the technology solutions that will transform their operations and fuel their success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and generate a robust sales pipeline for our IT services and software solutions.

· Build Client Relationships: Conduct client meetings to deeply understand business challenges, present tailored solutions, and build lasting partnerships.

· Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas through strategic selling and effective negotiation.

· Develop Proposals: Create and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly articulate value and ROI.

· Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, customized, and delivered to the highest standard.

· Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and our evolving service portfolio.

· Manage the Sales Cycle: Accurately track all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system and provide regular performance reports.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, BCA or a related field.

· Proven track record of 1-2 years in IT Sales, B2B Software Sales, or Digital Services Sales.

· An exceptional communicator, negotiator, and presenter, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Technically curious, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and translate technical features into business benefits.

· A self-starter, highly motivated by targets, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and leveraging digital platforms for lead generation.
