Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling to promote IT and digital solutions to potential clients.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and online communication.
• Present and explain our range of digital solutions, including:
• Business & eCommerce Website Development
• SEO & Digital Marketing
• Custom Software & App Development
• Bulk WhatsApp & Email Marketing
• Domain, Hosting & Cloud Services
• Understand client needs and create tailored proposals.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM tools.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Share market feedback and client insights with management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or IT/digital sales.
• Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Female candidates preferred for this role.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
