Job Description

Westonik Solutions is a growing digital agency offering web development, digital marketing, and software solutions to businesses across industries. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our office operations, client communication, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

  • Handle incoming calls and messages from clients with professionalism
  • Provide timely updates, support, and follow-ups to clients
  • Schedule and assist in client meetings (new & existing)
  • Send payment reminders and track follow-ups
  • Support re-engagement and reselling to old clients

Project Coordination

  • Maintain and update project reports and timelines
  • Monitor and follow deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met

Documentation & Admin

  • Create and manage invoices, onboarding forms, and client documentation
  • Maintain organized digital records of all reports and communication
  • Prepare basic reports and status updates for management

Team & Performance Coordination

  • Track and document employee performance metrics
  • Assist with routine HR tasks like attendance, basic onboarding coordination, and leave tracking
  • Support overall day-to-day office administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, client servicing, or coordination roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working with basic tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently
  • Friendly, problem-solving, and client-first mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,315.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
