Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.

• Pitch and sell custom software, SaaS platforms, digital solutions, and IT services to clients (domestic & international).

• Understand client requirements, prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations, and close deals.

• Work with internal teams (development, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales processes.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to upsell and cross-sell services.

• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline status, and generate regular sales reports.

• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows (as required).



Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT/software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B solution sales.

• Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS products, digital marketing, or IT services.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle (lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closing).

• Comfortable with target-driven performance.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office/Google Workspace.



Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in selling SaaS products or digital transformation solutions.

• Knowledge of ERP solutions, automation tools, and IT consulting.

• Strong client network in SME, startup, or export industries.
