IT Sales Executive

As an IT Sales Executive in Pune, your role involves handling the end-to-end connectivity needs of a set of key accounts. Your primary goal is to ensure that sales and revenue targets are met by selling various IT products such as laptops, workstations, servers, IT solutions like networking and data security, IT projects, cloud services, voice solutions, and audio/video equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new leads from both new and existing accounts - Coordinating initial meetings and understanding customer requirements - Identifying company capabilities to design appropriate solutions and kick-start projects - Managing day-to-day customer operations and promptly addressing any issues or complaints that may arise The key challenges you will face in this role include: - Managing key customers to build long-term relationships and drive increased business - Ensuring customer delight by handling each transaction effectively despite a high volume of transactions In terms of technical domain knowledge, you should have exposure and information on new IT technologies, vendors, and competitors in the industry.
