We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to help us expand our client base and support the growth of our internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Sales:
  • Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities in IT services, digital marketing, and design solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver proposals and presentations.
  • Internal Sales & Growth:
  • Promote and sell DesignerDudes’ own digital products and internal service offerings.
  • Work with the management team to strategize and execute sales campaigns for in-house initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to improve internal services based on client interactions and market research.
  • General Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings (as required).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive (experience in IT/Digital Marketing industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Good understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and creative solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS, IT solutions, or creative/marketing services.
  • Existing client network in relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
