We pride ourselves on delivering impactful digital experiences for our clients while also innovating and creating engaging designs for our own in-house projects.

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can seamlessly manage both client projects and internal company design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Projects:
• Understand client requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Create branding materials, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, presentations, advertisements, and UI/UX assets.
• Work closely with the digital marketing and development teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Internal Projects:
• Design creatives for DesignerDudes’ internal marketing campaigns, website, product interfaces, and social media presence.
• Contribute to building and evolving the brand identity of DesignerDudes.
• Support internal teams with design requirements for proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
• General Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality design outputs within deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and creativity.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in IT/Digital Marketing industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and digital design projects.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of web and app design systems.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
