KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create visually engaging designs

  for performance marketing banners, social media posts, and email campaigns, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Utilize AI tools

  to streamline design processes, generate ideas, and create visual assets more efficiently.

• Generate and pitch creative ideas

  to support campaign goals, working closely with marketing and content teams.

• Develop mockups and design concepts

  for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, display ads, etc.), ensuring optimal sizing, quality, and adherence to best practices for each platform.

• Implement visual consistency

  across all marketing materials, ensuring brand standards are met and maintained.

• Collaborate on basic video content creation

  (e.g., short animations, GIFs, video edits) to support digital campaigns.

• Optimize designs

  for performance metrics such as engagement rates, CTR, and conversions, iterating based on feedback and analytics.

• Stay updated on design trends and AI design tools,

  especially in digital and social media marketing, and integrate best practices into designs.

• Create templates and reusable assets

  to streamline future campaign design processes.

• Support email marketing efforts

  by designing appealing templates and visual content that enhance user engagement and brand visibility.

  Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD or similar design software is essential.
