Requirement: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and digitally savvy Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO Mr. Nikkhil K Masurkar. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of executive-level coordination, and demonstrated experience in social media content creation, brand positioning, and digital communication. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support - Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel plans, and appointments with attention to detail and efficiency. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and public engagements. - Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, industry partners, and global collaborators. - Prepare presentations, reports, briefing documents, and executive summaries. - Track key projects and ensure follow-ups on timelines, priorities, and deliverables. - Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Requirement ENTOD Pharmaceuticals is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Legal Officer to manage coordination of legal work related to agreements, trademarks, and patents. The role involves liaising with external legal firms and IP attorneys, tracking legal deliverables, and ensuring smooth legal documentation across business functions. The candidate will not be responsible for direct filing or litigation, but must have a sound understanding of the legal processes involved. Key Responsibilities: Agreements & Contracts - Coordinate the drafting, review, and execution of commercial agreements through external legal advisors. - Manage timelines, follow-ups, and approvals for: * Distribution, licensing & supply agreements * NDAs, R&D collaboration, and service provider contracts - Maintain a centralized contract tracker with expiry/renewal reminders and digital records. - Ensure internal stakeholders (R&D, Business Development, Regulatory, etc.) receive timely legal input from appointed legal firms. Intellectual Property (Trademarks & Patents) - Act as the primary point of contact between ENTOD and external IP consultants/law firms. - Coordinate filings, renewals, and oppositions related to trademarks and patents (India & international). - Track and maintain an updated IP status dashboard across all brands and formulations. - Coordinate clearance checks for new product names and packaging. Compliance & Legal Operations - Maintain digital records of all legal correspondence and filings. - Assist in preparing documentation for due diligence, audits, or regulatory filings when required. - Track legal invoices and assist in legal budget planning. Candidate Profile: Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.); specialization or certification in IPR or contract law is a plus.
