Executive Assistant to CEO (Navi Mumbai-based)

Requirement:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and digitally savvy Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO Mr. Nikkhil K Masurkar. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of executive-level coordination, and demonstrated experience in social media content creation, brand positioning, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel plans, and appointments with attention to detail and efficiency.

- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and public engagements.

- Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, industry partners, and global collaborators.

- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing documents, and executive summaries.

- Track key projects and ensure follow-ups on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Social Media & Digital Presence

- Assist in curating, writing, and posting content on behalf of the CEO across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) in alignment with the personal and professional brand.

- Monitor and analyze engagement and suggest optimizations based on trends.

- Coordinate with design, PR, and marketing teams to amplify content and campaigns (product launches, interviews, etc.).

- Research relevant industry content and suggest thought leadership ideas aligned with the CEO’s voice.

- Maintain and update the CEO’s digital portfolio and public media profiles.

Brand Engagement & Strategy

- Support in planning the CEO’s visibility during industry events, panel discussions, media interviews, and brand campaigns.

- Work closely with corporate communications to ensure alignment between personal branding and company objectives.

- Track news, innovations, and developments in pharma, wellness, and tech that the CEO should be aware of.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar EA role, preferably supporting a C-suite executive.

- Proven experience managing social media content or digital strategy for a senior executive or brand.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva or Adobe tools, and social media analytics.

- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

- A passion for healthcare, wellness, innovation, and storytelling is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or wellness industry is advantageous.
