Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using IT products/services such as hardware, networking products, software, cloud & storage services, etc. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales engineers) to prepare proposals and presentations for clients. Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales Business Development role. Strong understanding of IT Marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
