Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements. Use ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri etc.). Maintain a strong talent pipeline. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
