Role & responsibilities :- Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to support digital transformation projects aligned with Industry 4.0 initiatives . The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring the timely execution of IT projects that optimize manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to grow in IT project management within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Accountabilities Areas:- 1-Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and track progress Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. 2- Stakeholder Communication: Cross functional Support - Working with cross functional and diverse team having different skills and support scope as per their roles; operations team, CoE, marketing & other functions as required Provide regular updates to senior management on project status. 3- Technology Implementation: Assist in implementing IT solutions, including MES/ERP systems, predictive maintenance tools, and other digital initiatives. Support the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into manufacturing processes. 4- Documentation & Reporting:- Identify potential risks and escalate issues to senior management with recommended solutions. Help track project compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. 5- Risk Monitoring: Identify potential risks and escalate issues to senior management with recommended solutions. Problem solving:- Strong ability to understand business problems, resolve issues, evaluate alternatives and work towards developing/deploying a digital solution. 2. Vendor management: Assist Senior IT Project Manager with multiple vendors outside to develop/deploy/maintain digital solutions. 3. Project Management Tools:- Proficient in MS Project or equivalent platforms for planning and execution. 4. Basic IT Infrastructure Knowledge:- Familiarity with IT systems such as ERP, MES, and cloud-based platforms cybersecurity. 5. Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing: Hands-on experience with IoT, edge computing, predictive maintenance, and implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives, IT solutions for supply chain optimization etc.. 6. Communication & Collaboration:- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams. 7. Automation Technologies:- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLC programming, robotics, and AI-driven automation. 8. Data Analytics & Visualization:- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent for operational reporting and data-driven decision-making. 9. Cyber-Physical Systems:- Familiarity with IT-OT convergence and integration of physical assets with digital technologies. 10. Risk & Compliance:- Proven ability to implement IT solutions aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements. Technical Documentation:- Aptitude for creating detailed technical, project, and process documentation, identifying and addressing challenges in project execution .
