Job Title: IT Recruiter Experience: 1 to 3 Years Location: Palam, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across technical and/or non-technical roles. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring a smooth hiring process that aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback. Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS). Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities. Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarks when required. Maintain key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate setting. Proficient in sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS systems. Ability to handle multiple positions across departments and prioritize workload. Desired Skills: Experience in hiring for IT and non-IT roles across various levels (junior to leadership). Exposure to international hiring (Middle East, Europe, etc.) is a plus. Experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies. Understanding of recruitment compliance and employment laws.
