What we expect you to assist in: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for entry- and mid-level roles. Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules. Support pre-employment processes like reference checks and offer letters. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Help in preparing HR documents (e.g., offer letters, experience letters, ID cards). Support leave management, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination. Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal communications. Requirements What we are looking for: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
