IT Recruiter - Contractual Hiring (Cloud, API, BI, GenAI)

Location:

Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
contractual hiring
for Cloud, API, BI/Data, DevOps, and GenAI roles.
Understand JDs clearly and map candidate skills accurately.
Source and submit
10 qualified resumes per day
.
Conduct initial technical screening for Cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP), API/Microservices, BI tools, and GenAI/AI-ML fundamentals.
Coordinate interviews, drive follow-ups, and manage feedback loops.
Deliver
4 successful onboardings per month
for contract roles.
Maintain submission, interview, offer, and onboarding trackers.
Ensure regular communication, strong ownership, and adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain punctuality and strong attendance to support office-based operations.

Required Skills

Technical understanding: Cloud, API, BI/Data, DevOps, GenAI basics.
Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, job portals, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication, discipline in follow-ups, and stakeholder management.

Experience

3-6 years in
IT & Contractual/Staff Augmentation recruitment
