Designation: RPO IT Recruiter Role: IT Recruitment (RPO Model) Location: Hybrid (50% Onsite with Client, 50% with BSL) Timings: 09:00 am – 06:00 pm Salary: Fixed + Incentives Working Days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturdays off after 3 months) Job Description – End-to-End Recruitment (RPO Model) Manage full-cycle recruitment under the RPO model for prestigious clients, including Big 4 and Fortune 500 companies. Work 50% of the time at the client location (onsite) and the remaining 50% at BSL, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between both teams. Develop hiring strategies in line with client expectations and business needs. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and direct channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Post job openings and screen resumes based on client specifications. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and close positions independently. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Provide real-time updates, reporting, and insights to clients and internal teams. Requirements: Must have prior experience working in an RPO setup for Big 4 or Fortune 500 clients. Minimum 1 year of IT Recruitment experience ; RPO-specific experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills. Any graduate (preferably B.Tech or with a tech background). Experience with sourcing tools and job boards. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SLAs, and ATS tools. Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
