Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for technical roles.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to Documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or end-to-end recruitment.
Strong understanding of corporate recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar tools.
