Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for
technology and product roles
across multiple levels.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and business priorities.
Develop and execute
creative sourcing strategies
headhunting, networking, social recruiting, referrals, and market mapping.
Utilize
ATS systems and job portals
(LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) effectively for candidate management and tracking.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive engagement and market intelligence.

Requirements

Proven experience in
IT/Product/Startup hiring
within a
staffing or consulting environment
.
Strong expertise in
headhunting, Boolean searches
, and leveraging
multiple sourcing platforms
.
Hands-on experience with
ATS tools and job portals
.
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management
, and
decision-making
skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setup.
Innovative thinker with a passion for delivering solutions and results.
