Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the
full recruitment life cycle
for technical and IT-related positions (e.g., Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data Analysts, Network Engineers, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skills, and team expectations.
Source and attract candidates through multiple channels LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and assessments with hiring panels.
Maintain and update candidate information in the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years
of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and current technology trends.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
