Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the

    full recruitment life cycle

    for technical and IT-related positions (e.g., Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data Analysts, Network Engineers, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skills, and team expectations.
  • Source and attract candidates through multiple channels LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and assessments with hiring panels.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    .
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 25 years

    of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and current technology trends.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
