Job Description

JD: Overall 4-8 years of experience with minimum 3-5 years hands on experience on RPA development using Power Automate Desktop Must have hands on experience in developing automation on Power Automate Desktop . Should have developed 3-4 uses cases on this platform Hands on experience in creating high level and low level designs for simple to complex projects Hands on experience in developing simple to complex projects. Hands on experience in database concepts with experience in writing complex database queries and stored procedures. Ability to work in dynamic environment and should able to work in both development and support side. Good to have experience in developing .net, vbscripts etc. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of the Organization. Analytical skill for problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use technical skills to research and resolve. Knowledge of ITSM processes, incident and request handling, problem management. Should be flexible enough in aligning with business working hours as per project demands.
