Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals
Understand client requirements and job descriptions to match suitable profiles
Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate technical and communication skills
Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers or clients
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build strong relationships with consultants and maintain an active candidate pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, IT, or related field)
0.6 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (US staffing experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of various IT skills and technologies (preferred)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
