Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support and align HR practices with business goals across our India operations. The HRBP will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives are closely aligned with our high-growth India business, while also providing strong support for our established US operations. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to both India and US-based operations. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance. Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership Act as the primary HR point of contact for leadership teams across both India and US support operations. Understand business needs and craft HR strategies that support rapid growth and operational stability. Employee Relations & Engagement Proactively address employee concerns and conflicts; ensure fair and timely resolution aligned with company values. Drive engagement programs, team-building initiatives, and culture-building activities. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure statutory and labor law compliance across India operations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.). Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in coordination with internal HRIS systems. Policy Development & Implementation Develop and update HR policies tailored to India operations while aligning with global standards. Train and communicate policies to managers and employees. Performance & Development Implement performance management processes and ensure timely reviews. Support learning & development initiatives in collaboration with leadership. Collaboration Work cross-functionally with US and India HR teams to ensure seamless global operations. Actively contribute to HR strategy discussions and initiatives led by global HR leadership.
