Responsibilities :
Post positions with various Job portal and social network
Sourcing candidate profiles from various Job Portals (Naukri, CIEPAL, LinkedIn, etc,)
Review and screening of all resumes and identify right match.
Scheduling Interviews.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Use ATS (applicant tracking system) to retrieve existing reports and develop ad hoc reports
Track and report applicant & interview data.
Updating employee databases, gathering payroll data, and assisting with HR-related reports and employee queries.
Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.Good understanding of software technologies requirements & mapping the relevant candidates and knowledge of current IT trendsMaintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruitersPublish daily progress report to management
Qualification :
BCA MCA
Knowledge of HR practices...
Strong verbal & written Communication..
Analytical thinking. ...
