Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.). Liaise with hiring managers to deeply understand technical hiring requirements. Write and post targeted technical job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other relevant channels. Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using job sites, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc. Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), including technical and behavioural assessments. Build and maintain a solid candidate database and ensure all data is updated in ATS or CRM systems. Conduct market research on competitive landscape, salary benchmarks, and industry demands. Participate in tech conferences and networking events to expand candidate and client pipeline. Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Maintain positive candidate and stakeholder relationships for future hiring needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of IT/Technical recruitment experience in an agency or corporate environment. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Teams, Zoom, video, etc.). Understanding of IT/tech job requirements and ability to communicate them effectively. Strong experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions or similar sourcing platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a tenacious, results-driven attitude. Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, business, or related discipline preferred. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software.
