Job Description

You are a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter sought to join our growing team. Your strong background in IT recruitment and exposure to core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development, will be invaluable in this role. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end IT recruitment processes, developing effective sourcing strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, handling employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining HRIS databases with confidentiality and accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in developing HR policies, driving employee engagement initiatives, and monitoring HR metrics. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2+ years of HR experience, focusing on IT recruitment. Proven experience in managing HR operations within IT services or a tech-based organization is crucial. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices, as well as proficiency in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite, are necessary. Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion, are key attributes. This is a full-time position based in person.,
