Location : Bellandur, Bangalore

Job Mode: Hybrid

Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience: 6 months - 1.5 Years

You will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfill the hiring requirements of our corporate clients. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are

Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement.
Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking.
Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations.
Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment ( Screening & Shortlisting ).
Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers.
Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process.
Contribute to other activities including market research & mapping , Post-offer-follow-up ,etc.

Skills Required:

Experience of the Recruitment industry.
Experience in IT recruitment/ IT Hiring / Technical Recruitment.
Experience in working for C2H or Contract to hire roles.
Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals.
Good presentation, communication & amp; interpersonal skills.
Highly energetic and motivated individual.
