About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, software, and technology roles. Good Communication skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through diverse channels: job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment dashboards.
• Stay current with market trends, compensation insights, and talent intelligence.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT/Software/Tech sectors.
• Proven ability to hire across a range of roles developers, engineers, architects, product managers, etc.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search.
• Familiarity with modern HR/recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, scheduling tools).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a tech company or IT recruitment agency.
• Understanding of technical skills, stacks, and market dynamics.
• Certifications in recruitment or HR (a plus, not mandatory).
