Job Description

Job Summary:

The IT Recruiter will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical positions across various projects. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding the right technical talent. In addition, the recruiter will support HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy implementation as required.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment (Primary Role):

  • Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Understand project and technical requirements to identify suitable candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with technical teams.
  • Handle offer negotiations, joining formalities, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain an active candidate database and recruitment reports.

HR Operations (As Required):

  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Support payroll processing by sharing verified attendance data.
  • Help in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like EPF, ESIC, and other HR regulations.
  • Participate in drafting and updating HR policies when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment; exposure to HR operations is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and basic payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements in a small team setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
