Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
  • Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, providing updates on application status, and offering guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
