Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, providing updates on application status, and offering guidance throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
