IT Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment across IT roles, with occasional hiring for non-IT positions. The role involves understanding technical and business requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical and managerial interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closures.
The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and recruitment data, handle onboarding documentation, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the flexibility to support non-IT recruitment when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
