Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation systems for automation and process control . Calibration and configuration of sensors, transmitters, control valves, and analyzers. Work with PLCs, SCADA, DCS systems – installation, programming, & troubleshooting. Coordinate with electrical & mechanical teams to integrate control systems. Prepare P&ID diagrams, loop diagrams , and panel drawings. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments. Documentation of I/O lists, instrument data sheets, wiring schedules. Ensure all systems comply with safety and quality regulations (ISO, IEC, etc.) Strong basics in Analog & Digital Electronics, Control Systems Knowledge of PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi) & SCADA/HMI programming Hands-on with tools like Multimeters, Calibrators, HART Communicators Exposure to field instruments – Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level sensors Understanding of electrical wiring, loop checking & commissioning Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar drafting software Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
