Instrumentation Engineer : Perform detailed engineering of instrumentation items in accordance with project requirements. Interpret P&IDs and prepare instrument lists, valve lists, I/O lists, and load lists. Develop JB schedules, cable schedules, cable tray layouts, JB wiring diagrams, instrument layouts, JB layouts, and earthing layouts. Review and understand tender documents and technical specifications. Prepare data sheets for field instruments, hook-up diagrams, BOMs, etc., as per project specifications. Demonstrate knowledge in sizing of control valves, regulators, and safety valves. Familiarity with various types of flow metering technologies, gas detectors, and analyzers. Conduct technical evaluations of vendor offers, perform sizing calculations, and prepare TBAs. Review vendor documentation. Prepare Material Requisitions (MR) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ). Coordinate with other disciplines and provide necessary technical inputs. Perform inter-discipline document checks. Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards.
