You will work on real client requirements, tight deadlines, and quality-driven submissions. Its 100% remote position (Work from Home) Key Responsibilities: Work on IT requirements (Contract / Full-time) for India Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and availability Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and internal teams Maintain recruiter trackers and submission reports Meet daily sourcing and weekly submission targets Required Skills: 2+ years of IT recruitment experience Strong understanding of IT skills & tech stacks Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing Good communication and candidate-handling skills Ability to work under pressure and deadlines Familiarity with ATS / Google Sheets tracking
