Opening with one of the leading software company in Ahmedabad.
Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 1 - 5 years
Location: Ahmedabad (SG Highway, Prahlad Nagar)
Working Days: MondaySaturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate database and trackers.
Coordinate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements.
Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment status.
Graduate in any stream.
experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or consultancy.
Good knowledge of sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic understanding of IT roles and skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
